Michigan Residents now
Now it is May, & we have lived in our new retirement dwelling since winter, 2009/2010. We LOVE it here. We had snow, yes. We had ice, yes. But temp never dipped below 12-15 degrees....while central IL had way below zero temps. So, like the grapes n fruits n other micro climate plants, we loved winter. And, summer is turning out to be quite fun, too! So much to do and see here being just a mile from Lake Michigan. So...Y'all come and visit us...often!

Well I wasn't sure if anyone was contributing anymore. I signed in for Angela's blog and saw this one had an update.
ReplyDeleteI am thinking it would be nice to move to MI before my retirement. I am getting sick of the weather here and the taxes and politics too. At least we can come visit easily now.

Would LOVE to have you near us. There is sooo much to do here all year 'round! You can come visit ANY TIME!!!! Hope to see you when Deb comes here June 19!

Our Deb n kidlets are supposed to come visit us June 19 while Mark takes Zach fishing in Canada. Deb wants to also visit friends in Chicago area. This would be a good time to try and visit with her.
